This event is open to all individuals interested in the sport of snowmobiling and persons in support of the Arrowhead Snowmobile Club. This event serves mainly the western slope and surrounding area.  All sources of funding will come directly from sponsors and donations. All money raised by this event will benefit the Arrowhead Snowmobile club to help maintain trails and fund grooming equipment.  If excess funds are raised beyond set goals, additional funds may be donated to deserving non-profit groups or organizations.

 

Our expected number of participants in 2026 is 150-200 riders. We are coming to you to ask for your help in making this a successful event and to also help generate a working relationship that will benefit you as well. We have four Sponsorship Tiers:

Platinum - Stop Sponsor $1000 or more 

NOTE:   Platinum sponsorship level is determined only on cash donations.  Equivalent value item donations for silent auction only apply to gold level and below

  • Individual sign displayed at one Poker Run Stop (First 5 platinum donors)

  • display your business' Banner (provided by sponsor) at a Poker Run Stop (First 5 platinum donors)

  • display your business' Banner (provided by sponsor) at lodge party

  • large Logo on 4ft by 10ft event sponsors banner

  • Sponsorship thank you announcement during the event
