This event is open to all individuals interested in the sport of snowmobiling and persons in support of the Arrowhead Snowmobile Club. This event serves mainly the western slope and surrounding area.  All sources of funding will come directly from sponsors and donations. All money raised by this event will benefit the Arrowhead Snowmobile club.

 

Our expected number of participants in 2024 is 100-150 persons. We are coming to you to ask for your help in making this a successful event and to also help generate a working relationship that will benefit you as well. We have four Sponsorship Tiers:

Bronze: Sponsorship $100 - $299

  • Name on players card 

  • Name on 4ft by 10ft event sponsors banner. (All sponsors)

  • Sponsorship thank you during the event

  • 1 Players card - t shirt not included

Silver: Donation of $300-$499

  • Name on players card

  • Name on 4ft by 10ft event sponsors banner (All sponsors)

  • Name on event participant t-shirt

  • Banner display provided by sponsor at post poker run party. 

  • Sponsorship thank you announcement during the event.

  • 2 Player Cards - t shirts  not included

  • T-shirt Thank You Gift  - 

Gold: $500 -$999

  • Name on players card 

  • Logo on 4ft by 10ft event sponsors banner (All sponsors)

  • Logo on event participant t-shirt

  • Banner display provided by sponsor at post poker run party. 

  • Sponsorship thank you announcement during the event. 

  • 4 Player Cards - t shirts not included

  • T-shirt Thank You Gift 

  • A Plaque to show the ASC's appreciation

Platinum - Stop Sponsor $1000 or more 

  • Name on players card

  • Logo on 4ft by 10ft event sponsors banner(All sponsors)

  • Logo on event participant t-shirt

  • Banner display provided by sponsor at post poker run party. 

  • Sponsorship thank you announcement during the event. 

  • 4 Player Cards - t shirts not included 

  • Individual sign displayed at one Poker Run Stop(top 5 donors)

  • Banner display provided by sponsor at a Poker Run Stop

  • T-shirt Thank You Gift - 

  • Sponsors can set up a booth to promote their business

  • A Personalized Plaque to show the ASC's appreciation
